Information We Collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. Payment details are processed securely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We may also collect your email address if you sign up for our newsletter or submit a contact form.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to fulfill orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to customer service inquiries, and — with your consent — send occasional emails about new campaigns and products.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties for their marketing or commercial purposes. This applies to all customers regardless of location.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our store:

• Stripe — payment processing. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are subject to their privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number.
• Printful — order fulfillment and shipping. Your name and shipping address are shared with Printful to produce and deliver your order.
• PostHog — product analytics. We use PostHog to understand how visitors use our site (e.g., pages viewed, items added to cart). This data is collected at the browser level and does not include your name or payment information. You can opt out by enabling “Do Not Track” in your browser settings.
• Vercel — website hosting. Vercel may collect anonymous performance metrics (page load times, error rates).
• Sanity — content management. No personal data is stored in our CMS.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies required for the site to function — specifically to remember the contents of your shopping cart between page visits. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Analytics data collected by PostHog is used solely to improve site functionality.

Data Retention

Order information is retained for 7 years to comply with U.S. tax and financial record-keeping requirements. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 2 years or until you request deletion. Newsletter subscriber records are retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained per PostHog’s standard policy (1 year by default).

Texas Residents (TDPSA)

If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (effective July 1, 2024) gives you additional rights regarding your personal data. You have the right to:

• Know what personal data we have collected about you
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Delete personal data we have collected about you
• Obtain a copy of your personal data in a portable format
• Opt out of the processing of personal data for targeted advertising (we do not engage in targeted advertising)

Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

Our site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected individuals as required by applicable law, including the Texas Identity Theft Enforcement and Protection Act, within the legally required timeframe.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe via the link in any email. For all other requests, contact us at the address below.
